Class, break, class, lunch, class, break class, dinner. After the usual, we headed over to Graciela’s to meet her and some friends for tapas. They showed us this great place by Plaza Einstein that serves basically an entire meal as the tapa. And, if you get a second round, you get flan for free! Naturally, we took advantage.. It was the first time I had flan in Spain and it was not as bad as I expected. We hung out for quite a while just talking about Spain and getting free food from the waiter who has a mad crush on April. She was hilarious and it was really interesting to hear her talk about Spain – she studied here last semester and ended up staying, like Graciela. She teaches English and didn’t extend her visa – crazy. It was also good to talk with Lucia, who was my lab assistant last year at Central. Her and Grace live together and I should definitely hang out with them more often :)
